ABOUT THE ROLE
We deliver tailored strategies for Biopharma, Biotech, MedTech, CDMO, AI & Digital Health, and Gene & Cell Therapeutics companies. Our focus spans private capital, R&D portfolio strategy, IND readiness, transformation & operational excellence, and commercial go-to-market strategy.
As an Associate on our Life Science team, you will be at the center of that work. You’ll take ownership of workstreams spanning commercial strategy, investment due diligence, and business development. You will work directly with Engagement Managers, Partners, and the senior leaders of some of the most consequential organizations in the sector.
At AGMI, we don’t advise from a distance. We go deep into the biology, the data, and the deal structures that define how life science companies win. We build the judgment to know which of those things matters most right now.
We place strong emphasis on goal-oriented thinking. Associates are expected to understand the broader client objective first, then apply that strategic lens to their assigned workstreams. Intellectual curiosity, comfort with quantitative complexity, and genuine interest in how industries actually operate are equally important here. In return, this experience is designed to accelerate your trajectory, equipping you with the judgment and expertise required to evolve into a team manager and a recognized sector leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You won’t just support the work. You will drive it.
From day one, you’ll be expected to understand the client’s broader objective before touching a single cell in a model or a slide in a deck.
